Panbesy & Duromine from Parsons Medical (Singapore) ....I'm looking good again !!!!!

Forgot to mention last.... I got some panbesy & Duromine from Dr last time I went for the whitening jab!
Now after less than 2 weeks I lost more than 5 kg!
I'm almost to my pre -pregnancy weight.
I cant be happier!!!! Look very good now!!!!

When I was at the doc's clinic, I read the Cosmo magazine.
Saw something which makes me really excited.
In a short clip, it says an average woman burns almost 50,000 calories a yr just by shopping.
This would translate to about 4-5 kg of fats...lol....
 I sms all my friends immediately to tell them the good news & arrange to go shopping soon...hahhaa.....

    Hi I stumble onto your blog accidentally, like your candid views about motherhood. I'm a young mother myself. Just want to check how long after child birth did you take this panbesy? Any side effects? I had put on so much weight & it's not going off, so I want try also. tia

      Welcome to my blog!!!!
      I took it roughly around less than a yr after I had my baby. Tried all kinds of ways to 'try' lose the weight but nothing helps, so I took it lor...lol...
      Well it's not as bad as I thought.
      For me the side effects didn't really bother me, as baby kept me up all the time anyway. Other than that, you've got to drink more water that's all.

      Hi AiLin, there's only one doctor that runs these 2 clinics. Mornings he's in Yishun & afternoons & nights he's in Orchard. Close on sundays & holidays. Dr Keith is nice:) You'll like him!

      I think that's too soon.
      I understand the urgency to get rid of all the excess FATS from the preggy but the body needs more time to repair itself.
      Panbesy suppress the appetitde, so when you don't eat, ya, you'll lose weight but how about nourishment?
      Maybe give it a month at least.

      Ya my friends said at least 3 months...haha... but that's too long! I'll die if I continue looking like a whale for so long!
      OK I'll wait for one month, meanwhile will be obedient & eat all those goodies that mum made for me. But those Chinese herbal soups really makes me want to puke now!Everyday!!!!urgh.....

      Hi Stacy, I really would rather you take care of your body first for a longer period. I just got the pills from the clinic, but I had waited for half a year. The taking care of my child initially was so draining. Takes a tow on me. Only after 6 months I feel not so tired that's why I dare take this panbesy.
      By the way good news, I just started & I'm down 3 kg already. Feel like a new person!

      It's normal & you are one of the lucky ones. Some have more side effects while others have very little. By the way how much you lost so far?

    Hi BBG, I went there yesterday! You wont believe what I did! I ask for panbesy as it works for you. Then..... I went on to try the nose filler! OMG...... seems almost adventurous ....lol.... I love it !Thanks for recommending! Now I cant wait to lose some weight!

      The nose filler is doing wonders for my self esteem!
      I look at the mirror & I see a prettier girl looking back! Even my usual ultra-negative sister have nothing bad to say about it- & that in itself says a lot!!!! Don't know how to explain it, that well, but you just look so much better after the filler! Thanks BBG!!! hugs....

      When I googled Dr Keith for this panbesy, I happen to see that many girls go to him for fillers as well, especially nose filler- so when I finally see him I ask about it.
      My nose is small & flat- quite ugly: "sob...sob"
      I was thinking, since I'm there already, might as well try it- wow, am I glad I did it!
      I look like a zillion % better!

      Pain is bearable, actually it's not much & no down time :)

      I think usually people don't have very bad side effects. If (touch wood) it becomes real bad, you can always take once in 2 days or even stop for a few days.

      many people alternate days - & they are fine.

      It will but you still need to do spot reduction, as in, apply those cream around the area.

      I think we need to lose the weight we put on asap after childbirth, if you wait, it gets harder to lose especially in certain areas!!!! my 2 cts

    Hi i've been on pambesy for like 3mnths N its been a mnth now witoit it . yes i did loose weight but i've not reached my ideal weight. So what i wanna knw is how long later can it b consumed again

      You can do it now. My friend just did it.

      She took it for 2 months (but miss all the good food :D ) , so she stop the pill, to indulge herself .... than regretted......., after abt a month later, she went back on again for another month. It's close to end of that 1 month now. We plan to celebrate after that- with salad...lol...

      Have not done it yet, but thinking of, I've lose much weight , I look like before except the tummy area- that refuse to go back to it's original shape. I heard this liposonix thingie is most effective, plus it's non-invasive. That's it's best feature I guess. My hubby will NEVER let me do the liposuction, after what happened. Anything non-invasive he's ok :)
      I ask my doc already, he charge by area. Mine is actually a small area, so wont be so X- I hope :)
