The plaguing Question revisited - Is it time for a second baby??? .... thinking......maybe.....

Sometimes I imagine what the future would be like.…..

I see us sitting in a restaurant maybe or MacDonalds for breakfast,

Watching my children bonding perfectly with each other, only siblings can

(There are 2 in my fantasy).

They are laughing &we are all happy.

I’ve been thinking like that a lot lately.

My baby has grown so much & is pretty independent as children get.

The magical 1st year…. Everyone seems to reminisce about their baby not being so little anymore.

Along with planning another birthday party and looking at old photos.

The ever revolving question seems to come into play

“Do we want another baby?” “And if so, When????”

My husband and I have been asked this question numerous times. By friends, family and complete strangers.

Right now I can safely say that myself and my husband,

Stand carefully on the harbor of, “We Positively Do Not Know!” That’s right folks, we are absolutely undecided on this plaguing question.

Let me lend some insight as to why….

There are so many things to consider in this choice.

Before it's like a firm NO but my stand is softening...haha...

Gelyn Ong, would my baby be like her one day? I Wish !!!!

Before I was never too interested in what kids do. But after having mine, I'm like totally different. I love reading news about special kids & wonder will my precious one be like them when she grows older.

One Very Special & Talented kid that I hope my baby will be like is our very own Singapore's Gelyn Ong. She's only like 10 years old & she has such raw talent in art. Below are some of her paintings.

Bad Parenting ! Heroin in toddler's diaper.

Just read this story & was really upset by it .Police in Alabama arrested a man after finding 14 grams of heroin hidden in his 2-year-old daughter’s diaper.

Narcotics detectives in the Birmingham suburb of Irondale pulled over the car driven by 23-year-old Kenneth Bell on Dec. 8 on suspicion he was moving drugs. A drug-sniffing dog detected the presence of narcotics in the car, and police ordered Bell, his two daughters and their mother out of the vehicle. Bell’s elder daughter then told detectives that “Daddy put something in sister’s diaper.”

Police had the girls’ mother undress the toddler, at which point they saw a bulge in her diaper caused by a bag of heroin, with an estimated street value of $2,500-. Bell was arrested on charges of chemical endangerment of a child and drug trafficking.

Seriously this is somebody that shouldn’t even have fathered children. And how about the mother? Is she in on all this since she’s there too? I cant imagine!

Baby trafficking in China

The fake adoption websites were selling babies in  China, where where a one-child rule has made baby trafficking a thriving enterprise. Recently Authorities said 382 babies were rescued and 1,094 people were arrested in connection to their abduction and sale. The suspects could potentially face the death penalty, the harshest punishment for baby trafficking, if found guilty.

The bust was a part of a six-month operation that started when police in Beijing and Jiangsu began following the bogus private adoption websites. Some of the buyers were connected through a Chinese instant messaging site and online forums.

Scary right? It really makes me sad – if you are a parent you’ll understand how I’m feeling right now. Cant imagine losing a child to these criminals!!! I’m glad the Chinese authorities are doing something about it now. These 328 babies are so lucky to be recused. My heart goes out to those parents who have lost their babies to these criminals!
