Sides effects of Panbesy and Duromine


According to research, mostly, Panbesy and Duromine is well tolerated, although it can produce some side-effects as it releases catecholamines.
Amongst the most commonly seen effects are: elevated blood pressure, increased heart rate, nervousness, palpitations, insomnia and dry mouth.
Less frequently seen side-effects are alterations in sex drive,  clumsiness, dizziness, diarrhoea,  headache, vomiting or nausea, irregular heartbeat, irritability , fatigue,  and stomach pain.
As for myself I only experience dry mouth, increased heart rate which makes me feel active...lol..

Panbesy is the brand name adopted in Singapore  for the appetite suppressant Phentermine. Panbesy & Duromine were approved to assist with weight reduction in overweight patients for short term usage, and it is meant to be combined with lifestyle changes.

Panbesy & Duromine works on the neurotransmitters of your brain.  It stimulates your neurons to release a specific neurotransmitter group called catecholamines, amongst which are adrenaline , norepinephrine and dopamine.
This drug functions by directly impacting the region of the brain which controls the appetite, causing you to feel fuller.
Administration and Dosage
Patients are advised to take Panbesy or Duromine for only short term periods . This should be combined with other non pharmacological weight loss strategies, like exercise and healthy dieting. Because of the insomnia risks, it is advisable to take Panbesy prior to breakfast, or one to two hours afterwards.
